WGP-Group, a division of Magseis Fairfield, announces they have completed mobilization of their modular containerized source system for a repeat client's ongoing reservoir monitoring project in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea. WGP’s source was deployed and entered production over the client's permanent reservoir monitoring system on Sunday, 19 April. The current phase of this multiyear life of field project is expected to take 40 days to complete.

Magseis Fairfield is the leading provider of ocean bottom seismic solutions, including WGP’s portable, flexible and modular source technology.  Working closely with the client, the mobilization was successfully completed in compliance with Magseis Fairfield’s COVID-19 Management Plan, as well as local authority requirements, without delays.  This successful mobilization reinforces and illustrates our ongoing commitment to safe and reliable operations, despite current challenges.
